DIY Valentines Day Wreath



Total cost = under $10. I’m so happy with how this turned out! I loved the wreath I saw at target but wanted it 5x bigger!

Supplies used:

(1) $1 foam board

(4) $1 garlands

(1) can of FLAT spray paint
