DIY Red, White & Blue Photo Backdrop

This Red, White & Blue patriotic backdrop is super easy and would be great for your Memorial Day get together! Seriously- It cost $10!!! And with a little tape and bam- it's a party!

We ordered these balloons off Amazon (they also have these at dollar tree) and just rolled some wrapping tape to stick to fence, but would also be super cute inside!
